The T-Shirt Brand is operated by The Tshirt Brand LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

What we collect

• When you order: your email and shipping address, and the items you
  bought. Payment card details go straight to Stripe — we never see or
  store them.
• When you join the new-collection list: just your email address. Every
  email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
• When you contact us: whatever you put in the form.
• Basic visit data: the shop itself records only which website referred
  you and any campaign tag in the link. It doesn’t store your IP address, set
  advertising cookies, or run analytics or advertising trackers. The services
  listed below handle some technical data as part of their own work.

What we do with it

We use your details to fulfil and support your order, and — if you opted in —
to email you when a new seasonal collection drops. We share your shipping
details with the print partner making your order, and with Stripe to take
payment. We don’t sell your data.

Services that handle data

• Stripe takes payment and sees your payment details and billing/shipping information.
• Printful, our print partner, receives your name and shipping address to make and ship your order.
• Cloudflare delivers this site to you. As part of that, it processes visitors’
  IP addresses and technical request data (for example, to block abuse).
• Our email provider sends order emails and, if you joined the list, collection emails.

Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

Unsubscribe from the list any time. To ask what we hold about you, or to have
it deleted, contact us.
